Based in Richmond, Virginia and founded in 2015, Artifact Press is curated by poet/artist, Heidi Reszies. Work produced by Artifact Press is created out of a deep appreciation for visual art, book arts, and poetry—one artistic practice opens to the other, in artifacts that become vehicles for poetry/part of the poetry's form: the printed word in concert with its material experience.

Artifact Press is currently on hiatus; our website will remain online through September 2022.

Our deluxe limited edition chapbooks and artist's books can be found in libraries and special collections, including Poets House, the Yale University Beinecke Library, as well as Arizona State Poetry Center.
